      What exactly is this website? Well, "We are change" Madison Wisconsin has taken on the task of developing a tool that allows people world wide to document chem trail activity by creating an on-line diary. Your Images and data will be collected in hopes that someday we can have a formal Investigation into this matter. Our end goal is to provide the documented data to Independent scientists and truth seekers world wide, as well as researchers, authors, and anyone else who may be concerned about chem trails.

      Your participation is valuable and your contribution appreciated. You may remain anonymous, or provide us with your name. All data will be downloadable, however we will not provide anyone with your contact information. All communications within this site will remain within this website. Our message system will forward all information between members.
